Customer Relationship Executive
We’re Looking For Graduate Candidate to start their careers in Customer Relationship Executive with Strong communications skills & Strong call handling skills and active listening.
Ensure that a full understanding of the client’s needs are obtained and used as a key driver to the matching of careers
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and systems.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities –
- Manage calls of the customers, post payment for documentation and issuance of policy.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Implement processes for consistent team handling of customer complaints
- Analyzes and reports performance data on customer escalation trends and business improvement plans
- Plans, develops, and administers customer service improvement programs in alignment with company objectives- Implements company policy, procedures, standards, and goals
- Partners with cross-functional leaders to isolate and resolve systemic issues based on customer and employee feedback
