Team Lead-NON IT

We are looking for graduate candidates who have already started their careers in Team Lead-(BFSI/BPO) with Strong communications skills & Good knowledge in technologies

We are hiring for Delivery Lead Non-IT at Sonyo Management Consultant Pvt Ltd. Noida/Nehruplace.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage calls of the customers, post payment for documentation and issuance of policy.
• Work with various departments to meet client needs.
• Coordinating with them on weekdays and weekends interview drive.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide strategic guidance to the team and uphold professionalism by adhering to SOPs, KRAs, and KPIs.
• Responsible for coordinating with offered candidates until joining the organization.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reviews.

Working days:

• Monday to Saturday
• All Saturday are half days

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift

Required Skill Set:

• Good knowledge in technologies.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control)
• Decision-making abilities
