Sr. Software Tester
We’re Looking For Graduate Candidate to start their careers in Sr. Software Tester with Strong communications skills and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.
As a IT Quality Assurance Tester you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within our projects. For this role, you should possess strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Participate in test planning, strategy, and review meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Teams:
- Work closely with developers, and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in design and code reviews to uphold quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing processes.
- Suggest and implement improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and Implement Testing Processes:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Establish and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues meticulously using JIRA.
Analyze and Report:
- Analyze test results to provide actionable feedback to the development team.
- Generate detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a IT Quality Assurance or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and regression testing.
- Experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Working knowledge of test techniques
- Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Selenium and Java.
- Working knowledge of programming.
- Good organizational skills
