Client Relationship Support
We are looking for graduate candidates who have already started their careers in client relationship support with Strong communications skills & enhance our organization’s relationship with clients.
Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable working closely with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure that a full understanding of the client’s needs are obtained and used as a key driver to the matching of careers
They handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a given time limit, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and systems.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Their ultimate goal is to ensure client satisfaction, which in turn contributes to the company’s success and profitability.
Responsibilities –
- Manage calls of the customers, post payment for documentation and issuance of policy.
- Work with various departments to meet client needs.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Implement processes for consistent team handling of customer complaints
- Analyzes and reports performance data on customer escalation trends and business improvement plans
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions.
- Partners with cross-functional leaders to isolate and resolve systemic issues based on customer and employee feedback
