Customer Support
We’re Looking For Graduate Candidate to start their careers in Customer Support with Strong communications skills & excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
0-5 years of experience in international BPO or call center environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and non-voice processes.
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention.
- Should be customer friendly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Handle customer queries related to software products and services with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems and escalate when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics for quality, productivity, and first-call resolution rates.
- Should be Energetic & ready to do field Job.
