Customer support executive
We’re Looking For Graduate Candidate to start their careers in Customer support executive with Strong communications skills & excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns through various channels, such as phone, email, social media, or live chat.
Issue resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues.
Customer feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Relationship building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Product education: Educate customers on the benefits of a product and how to use it.
Team management: Hire, direct, and monitor a team of customer service representatives.

- Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and non-voice processes.
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems and escalate when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics for quality, productivity, and first-call resolution rates.
