Quality Assurance (Manual Test Engineer)
We’re Looking For Graduate Candidate to start their careers in Quality Assurance (Manual Test Engineer) with Strong communications skills and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.
As a IT Quality Assurance Tester you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within our projects. For this role, you should possess strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards and help with software testing products to meet our organization’s quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of websites and web applications.
- Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Investigating customer’s complaints and issues.
- Participate in test planning, strategy, and review meetings.
- Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a IT Quality Assurance or similar role.
- Experience in manual testing.
- Working knowledge of test techniques
- Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Databases.
- Working knowledge of programming.
- Good organizational skills
Software Tester Skills:
- Software Testers use a combination of technical skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in computer science or equivalent ( B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA )

- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
