  • We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. 
  • We’re Looking For 12th and Above Candidates to start their careers in Telecaller field with Strong communications skills with basic Excel skills required.
  • We have been a leading Merycom consulting agency in Pune for more than 20 years.
  • As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, building rapport, and scheduling
    appointments for our sales team.
  • Should have basic knowledge of tele-calling.
Job Brief
  • We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our real estate team.
  • Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to the
    overall success of our real estate business.
Responsibilities
  • Cold calling potential clients from our database or leads provided.
  • Build rapport with potential customers. 
  • Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
  • Scheduling appointments for interested clients to view properties.
  • Recording and updating client information in our database.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Introducing our real estate services and properties to prospective customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
  • Providing accurate information about properties, pricing, and availability.
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Basic computer knowledge for data entry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • confident phone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate industry terminology.
